Shipping Policy

When orders ship, what carriers we use, where we ship, and what happens when a package goes sideways.

Orders placed before 2pm PT, Mon–Fri or 11am PT Saturday ship the same day from California. Standard delivery in the lower 48 lands in 2–4 business days for $20free over $250. Tracking appears in your account within 2 hours of shipping. We ship within the United States only.
§01

Cutoff & processing

We pack and label every order by hand, with an extra pair of eyes on the COA, batch number, and quantity before sealing.

Same-day cutoff

  • Mon–Fri: orders before 2pm PT ship the same day.
  • Saturday: orders before 11am PT ship Saturday.
  • Sunday & federal holidays: we don't ship; orders go out the next business day.

§03

Where we ship

PepGuys ships within the United States only. That includes all 50 states and US territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses, and we do not ship internationally — no exceptions, even by request, and we can't drop-ship through a freight forwarder.

No international orders
If your billing or shipping address is outside the US, checkout will decline the order before payment is captured. International researchers looking for a domestic partner can email support@pepguys.com — we can sometimes refer.
§04

Tracking & delivery

A tracking number is emailed within 2 hours of carrier pickup and visible under Account → Orders and on our tracking page.

§05

Lost, late & damaged

Late

"Late" starts at +2 business days beyond the carrier's quoted transit. We'll file the claim with the carrier and update you — most resolve in 3–5 days.

Lost

A package is "lost" once tracking has been static for 7+ days. Email us; we open a claim and ship a replacement at our cost without waiting for the carrier to finish their investigation.

Damaged

Photograph the outer box and the damaged contents within 24 hours of delivery, and keep all packaging until we've reviewed the case — the carrier may request photos. We'll replace damaged vials at our cost once the claim is confirmed.

Returns & refunds

All sales final
We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. Because peptides are temperature-sensitive research materials and we cannot verify a returned vial's storage chain, every order — opened or sealed, retail or wholesale — is final at the moment payment is captured.

The only exceptions are carrier-caused issues handled in §05: lost packages and damaged-on-arrival vials, which we replace at our cost. Replacement — not refund — is the remedy.
