Are PepGuys products for research use only?
Yes. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research, laboratory, and scientific purposes only. They are not for human or animal use, ingestion, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic application.
Can you help with dosing or usage instructions?
No. We do not provide dosing, administration, medical, veterinary, or therapeutic guidance under any circumstances. If we learn an order is intended for human or animal use, we will cancel it. We can answer product, batch, COA, ordering, and shipping questions only.
Can I change an order after checkout?
Contact us immediately. If the order has not entered the pack queue yet, we can usually help with address corrections or item changes. Once packed or handed to the carrier, changes are no longer possible.
Testing & COAs
Do products ship with a COA?
Every tested batch has a Certificate of Analysis available from the product page and COA library. Some listed compounds may show COA in progress while a current batch is at a third-party lab.
Where can I verify a batch?
Use the COA Library or Batch Lookup pages. You can search by product, batch identifier, or sample ID when those values are available.
What does COA in progress mean?
It means a sample has been sent to a third-party lab and the report has not landed yet. The catalog card shows the lab currently performing the analysis when that information is available.
Shipping
When do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm PT Monday through Friday, or 11am PT Saturday, ship the same day when inventory and payment confirmation are complete. Sunday orders go out Monday.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $20 and is free on orders over $250. Shipping details and exceptions are covered in the Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
No. PepGuys ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is Bitcoin only. The checkout page shows the exact BTC amount and address to send.
I am new to crypto. Where do I start?
Read the How to buy crypto guide. The short version is to use Cash App or Venmo with an existing balance or debit card, not a bank-funded crypto purchase that may lock sending for several days.
Why do you guys only accept Bitcoin?
Bitcoin lets us keep checkout simple, final, and available without card processors misclassifying research-use products. It also avoids chargeback disputes on lab inventory that cannot be returned once shipped. We know it adds a step for first-time buyers, so the checkout page shows the exact amount and address, and our guide walks through the simplest purchase path.
What happens after I send Bitcoin?
Checkout monitors for the transaction. Once payment is detected and confirmed, the order moves toward fulfillment and tracking is sent by email.

How do I track an order?
Use Track Shipment with the order number and email used at checkout. Tracking also appears once the carrier scan is available.
Who should I contact if something looks wrong?
Use the Contact page and choose the closest topic. Order and shipping issues are triaged fastest during business hours.
